How to Make

The best thing about our Robusta series? You can’t go wrong! The flavor profile is so versatile; you’re ought to find something you love. Because it produces a strong and robust flavor, authentic to Vietnamese coffee – we enjoy it most in its traditional setting, the phin drip.

We recommend a 4:1 water/coffee ratio, which provides an ideal recipe for maximum flavor extracted from the ground coffee. Grind size minimally differs depending on the filter holes of phins, but we recommend a moderately fine grind if using Fat Miilk’s equipment.
