We're Fat Miilk, a Vietnamese coffee brand built on sturdy grounds of integrity, courage and a whole lot of caffeine. We love the noble grind of putting in the work and living for what sparks the soul. We specialize in the Robusta species, a bean with 2x the caffeine and antioxidants. We’re underselling it when we say our coffee is more robust (and delicious) than your everyday joe. We trade directly and source ethically, paying extra attention to people and quality. The process is a journey and when it comes to your daily coffee ritual, you can double down on Fat Miilk. We’re more than just great coffee; we encourage you to show up raw, do that thing and leave something good behind you. We all have dreams, and we want to be there for yours - in moral support, inspiration and endless cups of coffee. In pursuit of creating change and doing life differently, everyone could use a true friend. Know that we're the real deal, so consider us family, fam.
Driipping With Energy
Directly traded, ethically sourced, honestly good.
We work with Vietnamese farmers to vet and source the highest quality organic green coffee beans. With your tasting experience top of mind, we touch on every step of the process from farm to cup. There’s no third party or middle (wo)man involved, because we make damn sure that we personally guarantee fair and honest trade with the farmers and straight fire coffee for our customers.
We’re well-versed in the science of Robusta coffee. Seriously - ask us anything. Our team can deftly draw out all of its delicious flavors while regaling you about the dope beginnings of Vietnamese coffee. The result of our signature brew process is coffee that’s nutty, chocolaty and bold all over - with tons of character sprinkled in. So whether you’re a Robusta stan or new to Vietnamese cà phê, you’ve landed in the right place.
A communal affair
and
everyone's invited
History and culture can be understood through food and traditions. Ours is much the same.
In the mid-19th century, the French introduced coffee to Vietnam after recognizing the soil, climate, and elevated plains were ideal for coffee farming. The hardworking people of Vietnam soon mastered the craft of producing and exporting beans as a form of economic growth and a means to remain authentic in the wake of foreign rule. Now, almost every country in the world imports Vietnam’s coffee and for damn good reason. To create such a distinct coffee scene, Vietnamese locals took bits of past customs and fashioned them into something of their own – and we’re doing the same.
Fast forward to present day, where you’ll find our founder Lan starting up an emerging coffee brand that allows her to both embrace her Vietnamese heritage and write her own story along the way. She’s focused on all things deep-rooted in people and tradition, while bringing coffee authenticity, transparency, and visibility to the international stage. That brand we’re talking about? You guessed it: Fat Miilk.
Fat Miilk is disrupting the Vietnamese coffee industry to be more accessible and exciting by reinventing traditional beverages to be absolutely delicious and powerfully flavorful. Our coffee culture is defined by a community of fierce people who are thriving because they hustle to overcome obstacles and embrace authenticity, much like the people of Vietnam. As a result, we’ve built an inclusive, celebratory brand rooted in hype culture.
Meet Lan Ho.
Founder of Fat Miilk and the force behind the Robusta Revolution®.
Lan is a Vietnamese American entrepreneur redefining how people experience coffee, shifting the conversation from what’s familiar to what actually delivers. What started as a personal conviction has grown into a design-forward, culturally rooted brand that challenges the norms of modern coffee.
With a background in pharmacy and a mindset built on discipline, precision, and instinct, Lan approaches coffee differently. Less about trends, more about truth in flavor. Less about fitting in, more about setting the tone.
Under her leadership, Fat Miilk has grown into an award-winning brand in design and packaging, bringing bold Robusta coffee, modern ritual, and Vietnamese culture to the forefront of global coffee.
